1. Data controller

2. Data collected and purpose
Only the data strictly necessary to handle a support request, provide a cost estimate and organise the visit — at your home or, when agreed, at the workshop — is collected:
- Contact data: name, phone number (WhatsApp), email address.
- Job data: home or office address for carrying out the service, photos or descriptions of devices (e.g. computer or Mac model, error messages).
While working on the client's device, the controller commits not to copy, remove, transfer or share files, personal documents or sensitive data found on the machine, unless explicitly requested by the client (e.g. for a backup). This commitment remains valid even in cases, agreed in advance with the client, where the device is taken to the controller's workshop for longer or more delicate work: the device is handled with care and returned as soon as possible.
The legal basis for this processing is the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures requested by the user (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
3. Data retention
Requests that don't result in an actual service being carried out are kept for a maximum of 12 months and then deleted. Data relating to a service that was actually performed is kept for the period required by Italian law for accounting and tax documentation (currently up to 10 years, under Art. 2220 of the Italian Civil Code).
4. Third-party services
The site uses WhatsApp as a direct contact channel. Sending a message via WhatsApp is governed by the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, which may involve data processing outside the European Union under the safeguards provided by Meta.
The fonts used on this site are hosted directly on the informaticoperanzianiapavia.it server: no request is made to Google or other external providers, so no IP address is shared with third parties for this purpose.
